My subscription doesn’t seem to be loading on my smart IPTV ?

We always ask our client to test the file in VLC Player to confirm if the issue is from our server or it's caused by the App itself.
in case the file works fine , that mean we are not responsible of the issue.

make sure to visit the app website and try to search for the problem at their website.
